VANCOUVER, BC – July, 2009. Fdata Management Software Inc. has implemented a new procurement module to assist companies and organizations to improve efficiencies in their procurement and “request for quotes” (RFQ) procedures.
“Fdata has simplified the RFQ process by adding a new online processing module,” said President Mark Allen. “This will allow managers and purchasers to instantly publish bid opportunities, solicit feedback and quotes, and track the results directly within their business database.”
Fdata’s new procurement module allows suppliers to view online a list of all open requests and directly upload their quotes and responses. This reduces the administrative workload that many purchasing divisions routinely manage. This reduces paperwork and will allow vendors to routinely update standing offers and ensure pricing is always fully accurate.
