You need a simple way to handle the complexities of creating secure user access. The FBS Administration and Security module has been designed in such a way as to easily allow the system administrator to create user profiles with access rights and security at the screen, tab and field level.

Once security has been assigned, the system only displays the menu, sub- menu, screens and screen elements that user has the rights to use. In some cases the user may only be able to view data, while other user will have the rights to add and update the same data.
